Lead Data Entry Analyst (18503)

A leader in Production Control, reporting to the Production Control Supervisor and ultimately to the Director of Planning, Production Control and Liaison Engineering.

• Supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership to assigned staff.
• Assist in establishing work schedules to meet production deadlines.
• Evaluate and recommend methods and procedures in Production Control.
• Plan day‑to‑day departmental operations and control costs.
• Collaborate with the Planning Department to report operational performance.
• Administer compensation policies and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform administrative activities (employee development, pay administration, safety, counseling, and motivation).
• Develop and implement a production control training program.
• Maintain professional competence and knowledge required for the role.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities for Lead Mechanics, Mechanics, and hangar staff, including training, planning, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions.

• Preferred background in aircraft maintenance or planning.
• 1–3 years of production control or related experience.
• In‑depth understanding of StAAR Maintenance tracking software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move within an office setting. Adaptation to a traditional business environment is expected.
