Senior Associate, M&A and Performance Improvement – Sports, Media, and EntertainmentAs a Senior Associate in the SM&E team, you will support private equity and corporate clients through the complete transaction lifecycle, including integration, carve‑out, and performance‑improvement initiatives that drive sustainable value creation.

- Identify key client business issues and own deliverables across work streams to provide service excellence.
- Leverage advanced financial modeling and Excel to analyze large datasets and develop actionable client recommendations.
- Lead client interactions, facilitate working sessions, and present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into executive‑ready insights.
- Own and maintain deliverables such as synergy and performance‑improvement models, cost models, integration trackers, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Coordinate across work streams, maintain alignment on priorities, and support team development through coaching and feedback.
- 4–6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, preferably with an M&A focus in the SM&E space.
- Prior experience in integration or separation planning and execution is a plus.
- MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.
- Strong initiative, critical‑thinking skills, and a willingness to learn about core operations in sports, media, and entertainment.
- Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time.

Benefits SummaryFull‑time positions (30+ hours) provide access to franchise benefits, including healthcare, flexible spending, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary contributions, paid time off (vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time, ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave), and additional perks. Salary range is $100,000 – $170,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus program.
