Position OverviewThis is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to work directly alongside the CEO and gain exposure to nearly every function of a rapidly growing alternative investment business. The role is designed for someone
who aspires to become a future Chief of Staff, COO, business leader, or entrepreneur.
You will attend executive meetings, prepare executive materials, coordinate follow-ups, conduct research, and help drive strategic initiatives across the firm.
- Hedge fund launches
- Institutional client meetings
- Strategic partnerships
- Technology development
- Regulatory & compliance matters
- Prime brokerage relationships
- Attend meetings with the CEO and capture detailed meeting notes.
- Track decisions, action items, and project milestones.
- Coordinate follow-ups across departments and external partners.
- Prepare agendas, executive summaries, presentations, and board materials.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research.
- Support new business initiatives, operational improvements, and process documentation.
- Maintain project trackers and improve internal workflows.
- 0.5–2 years of professional experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- High intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic.
- Preferred:
Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Management, or Financial Services experience.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
- Anticipates needs before being asked.
- Exercises sound judgment and professionalism.
- Enjoys solving complex business problems.
- Communicates confidently with senior executives.
- Is motivated to build a long-term career in finance or business leadership.
- Exposure to hedge fund operations and institutional investing.
- Experience with fund launches, capital raising, and executive leadership.
- Hands-on involvement in business strategy and technology initiatives.
- A front-row seat to scaling an institutional investment platform.

Compensation$50,000 – $200,000 – Dependent on experience and qualifications
