Job Title: Product Engineering Business Analyst 2

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 weeks onsite per month)

We are seeking a Product Engineering Business Analyst 2 to support product engineering initiatives by gathering business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in Agile environments.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
• Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, maintain requirement traceability, and manage changes effectively.
• Prepare business documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support governance activities by providing accurate project documentation and status updates.
• Collaborate with QA and business stakeholders to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and issues while supporting timely project delivery.

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting product engineering or software development initiatives.
• Strong expertise in business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, and business documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Experience working closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting project governance and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
