Key Responsibilities- Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple work streams.
- Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making.
- Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones.
- Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
- Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA to manage testing activities and track progress.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams
- Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently
- Advanced proficiency in system implementations, PowerPoint, Excel, and JIRA
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Associate’s degree
- Experience with JIRA task and defect management
- Experience in producing executive-ready presentations
