Associate Workplace Experience Coordinator
to be
onsite Monday through Fridayin our Miami Global Headquarters office.

Your Impact

Direct andoptimizedaily operations of the Executive HQ to establish a premium, distraction-free environment for the C-suite and visiting leaders.

Partner directly with Executive Business Partners and leaders to create a positive workplace experience and be a key culture leader in the office.

Ensurepremiereexperience for guests and visitors.

Support and coordinatelogisticsforonsitemeetings and events.

Monitor office operations, support ticket queue, and resolve questions with comprehensive answers.

Adhere to operating budget for office support model and day-to-day operations.

Maintain office supplies, equipment,snacks,and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations.

Ensure best practices for physical security,health,and safety.

Coordinate withITteam in support of new hires, telecom,andvideoconferencing, as needed.

Serve as primary liaison for property management services provided by the landlord.

Your Qualifications

Proven ability to manage office operations while supporting broader company projects.

Experience working with C-Suite level stakeholder.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Demonstrated experience in improving administrative and operational processes.

Experience using Brivoor an alternative access control system.

Experience using Microsoft Suite  including

Office 365

Experience using Service Now, or another ticketing system.

Experience working in a hospitality, real estate, property management, or related environment is a plus.
