Hotel Pro is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead market operations, strengthen client partnerships, and drive growth, profitability, associate engagement, and operational excellence. This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day market execution, supports business development, and helps build a culture where associates and teams can grow.

As a Branch Manager You Will...- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships through open, proactive communication.
- Communicate regularly with key hotel leaders to ensure service quality, identify opportunities, and share market trends.
- Promptly follow up on client feedback and create strategies that support client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence.
- Lead client communications, hotel initiatives, implementation meetings, and new client launches.
- Collaborate with the Partnership Development Manager to execute market business development strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
- Own brand awareness activities and support intuitive market rate strategies for current and potential clients.
- Oversee day-to-day market operations, ensuring standardized policies, procedures, expectations, and initiatives are implemented and executed.
- Lead Team Member retention practices including responsiveness, issue resolution, coaching, counseling, mentoring, and engagement activities.
- Champion the Always Be Recruiting mindset and support market recruiting strategy to fill open orders quickly and accurately.
- Monitor market performance, share KPI expectations, analyze trends, and promote continuous improvement.
- Partner with corporate support to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Ensure workers' compensation procedures and safety protocols are properly followed and safety goals are executed timely.
- Lead associate engagement, On-the-Job Training support, career pathing, succession planning, and team-building practices.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
- 4+ years of leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or a customer-service-related environment.
- 2+ years of experience managing financials, budget creation, and KPIs.
- Outside and/or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new technology.
- Ability to provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance upon hire.
- A leadership style grounded in Heart & Hustle, accountability, mentorship, communication, and operational discipline.
