eMed is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage a portfolio of B2B clients in a high-touch, concierge-like role. You will ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by implementing programs, tracking performance, and delivering measurable outcomes that demonstrate eMed’s value as a strategic partner.
You will own onboarding, implementation, performance monitoring, and renewal support while coordinating with Clinical, Operations, Marketing and Product teams.
