Scratch Odds is the #1 mobile lottery analytics app — 120K+ players across 41 states, profitable, growing 3× in 6 months, built and bootstrapped by one founder. We're hiring a co-founder-level COO to raise our $3M seed and build the company around the product.

The founder (solo, technical) has spent three years building the product, the data moat, and the growth engine. Your job is everything else:

• Lead the $3M seed raise — own the process end to end: target list, materials, meetings, diligence, close. You bring a real network of angels, family offices, and funds (South Florida ties a major plus) and you've raised institutional money before.
• Run the company — finance, legal, hiring, board hygiene, investor relations, and operating cadence, so the founder can stay heads-down on product and growth.
• Negotiate the deals that define the company — term sheets with investors, B2B affiliate and partnership agreements across iLottery, sweepstakes, and iGaming operators, and strategic conversations with major gaming companies (several are already at the table under NDA). You lead the negotiation; the founder stays focused on product.
• Build the org — first hires post-raise, comp structure, culture, and the operational scaffolding of a venture-scale company.

• You’ve been a founder, co-founder, or early exec (COO/CBO/CRO) at a venture-backed startup — ideally through a successful raise or exit
• You have a genuine fundraising track record: you can name the rounds you’ve closed and the investors who’d take your call tomorrow
• You're a proven negotiator — you’ve sat on your side of the table for term sheets, commercial partnerships, or M&A, and you have the war stories (and outcomes) to show for it
• You're in (or will relocate to) Miami / South Florida and are plugged into its capital and startup ecosystem
• Gaming, gambling, fintech, or consumer subscription experience is a strong plus
• You want meaningful ownership and are structured for a pre-salary sprint: this is a co-founder seat, not a job

• 10–20% equity
  , calibrated to experience and network, on a standard 4-year vest with a 1-year cliff and double-trigger acceleration. A portion can be milestone-vested to the seed close — we're happy to align pay with the outcome you're here to deliver.
• $0 cash until the seed closes (the company is profitable but bootstrapped; the founder isn’t taking a salary either). $150K–$180K salary activates at close.
