Identify and support the implementation of strategic initiatives thatshape the direction of Lennar’s business.
- Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses.
- Manage specific projects through to completion, while analyzing business implications, organizational changes, and other implications of varying strategies that may run parallel.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with senior leadership while challenging the status quo.
- Buildexecutive ready project deliverables.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from data to drive understanding and decision-making.
- Lead teams through complex, high-impact projects at a national scale.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary initiatives in corporate environments, setting vision and strategy, building project plans, while identifying and overcoming roadblocks.
- Data-driven decision making through executive communications (written, verbal, presentations).
- Sound and structured thinking, with an ability to analyze, problem solve, and turn ambiguous pain points into structured problem statements with hypotheses for solutions and next steps.
- Empathetic to the needs and contexts of different teams, while understanding what is needed to drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Business Administration, Economics or related fields. MBA preferred.
- 4-7 years of corporate leadership experience including 2-3 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience.

- Problem-Solving Enthusiasm:Thrives on tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions.

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
