Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Manager of Corporate Development reporting to the Director of Corporate Development.
This position works on-site in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
As a key member of Royal Caribbean Group’s Corporate Development team, the Manager, Corporate Development will help define, shape, and execute the company’s agenda for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other major strategic initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Development and partners cross-functionally across the company and brands toidentifyand evaluate organic growth opportunities, assess potential transactions, and develop analytically grounded, actionable insights that inform decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter andstrong teamleader with excellent quantitative, strategic, and communication skills. They bringthe maturity and confidence to engage effectively with senior executives, along with a humble, self-aware style that builds alignment and helpsdrivecross-functional teamstosound decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess industry trends, the competitive landscape, and strategic priorities to proactivelyidentifyand cultivate acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Support pipeline development, strategic deep dives, and active transactions, including underwriting, due diligence, and project management.
- Develop thoughtful perspectives on industry segments, market trends, and potential targets or strategic opportunities.
- Conduct andmaintainownership of analysis and vetting of potential M&A targets for strategicfitandfinancial impacton RCG and present tosenior executives.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts with target executive team, outside advisors, and internal subject matter experts.
- Managethe reporting on due diligence findings and provide summaries tosenior executives.
- Provide business drivers and inputs, refine, and oversee financial and valuation analysis done internally and by outside advisors.
- Develop CEO and/or Board of Directors investment memoranda and presentations.
- Support the team effort indeal structuring and negotiations.
- Lead internal teams on implementation and integration/carve-out planning.
- Motivate and engage direct reports, including providing day-to-day direction,mentorship and coaching.
- Perform other duties as required to support Transformation Hub objectives.

Qualifications, Knowledge and
Skills:
- Bachelordegreerequired, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum7yearsof relevant work experience.
- Corporate development,investment banking,transaction advisory, or private equitybackground preferred; travel industry experience a strong plus.
- Experience managing and developing high performing teamsand hiring top talent.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills to drive complex business issues to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial modeling, P&L forecasting,understanding of all three financial statements,andvaluationanalysis experience.
- Experience with legal contracts, datarooms, and managing diligence work streams.
- Strong attention to detail,project managementskillsand a demonstrated ability to manageand drive forwardmultiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent writing and presentation creationskills. Ability to deliver presentations with confidence in senior management meetings.
- Ability to develop rapport and credibility with diverse groups with a focus onfacilitatingbuy-in and solution development.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity,a strong desireto learn, and passion for creating an excellent work product.
