Frame Shift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: make games on Roblox that are actually worth playing. We're a small team - which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it.
About this roleFinding ways to get the game in front of more people. That could be outreach to creators, coordinating collabs, setting up cross-promotions, or anything else that moves the needle. You'd own the strategy and the execution.
You Will- Identify and reach out to creators, studios, and partners who are a good fit
- Negotiate and manage collaboration and cross-promotion agreements
- Track active partnerships and keep outreach pipelines organized
- Measure the impact of growth initiatives and report back to leadership
- Stay on top of trends in the Roblox creator space
- Experience in influencer outreach, partnerships, or game marketing
- Existing connections in the Roblox creator space is a real plus
- Can handle back-and-forth negotiation and follow through on it
- Organized - you'd be tracking a lot of moving pieces
