Modern medicine has become extraordinarily sophisticated. The experience of navigating health, however, can still feel highly fragmented.
Someone seeking to recover from injury or illness, improve performance, protect long‑term health or better understand their wellbeing may interact with multiple physicians, specialists, practitioners and services—each appropriately focused on a particular area.
Yet the individual experiences one body, one life and one health journey
.
Valë Tierra is an early‑stage company being built around a simple idea: sophisticated medical care should exist within a more thoughtfully coordinated human experience.
We work around independent, licensed, physician‑led clinical partners and help orchestrate the broader journey surrounding care—including preparation, logistics, privacy, hospitality, movement, nourishment, non‑medical recovery, environment, continuity and human connection.
Valë Tierra does not practice medicine. Our clinical partners exclusively own medical evaluation, eligibility, recommendations, treatment protocols, procedures and medical follow‑up.
Our role is different: we are building the connective layer around the care experience.
Our philosophy sits at the intersection of regenerative health, longevity, performance, recovery and premium hospitality. We believe advanced science matters, but so do many of the fundamental conditions that shape how people live, recover and perform.
Our belief is:
Success is only sustainable when you are.
Valë Tierra is being designed for people whose lives place unusual demands on their health, bodies, schedules and performance—including professional athletes, executives, founders, entrepreneurs and other longevity‑focused individuals.
Serving this audience requires an unusually high standard of discretion, precision, personalization, responsiveness and follow‑through.
We are now looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern to work closely with Valë Tierra's co‑founders and help us develop the internal operating discipline required to deliver at that standard.
This opportunity is designed for someone seeking substantial exposure to how an early‑stage company is built and operated while developing practical skills in strategy, operations, project management and executive execution.
You will have direct exposure to the realities of company building—competing priorities, evolving systems, strategic relationships, client experience, brand development and the operating infrastructure required to turn decisions into execution.
ResponsibilitiesWorking directly with the founders, you will help:
- Build and maintain a simple operating system across Valë Tierra's most important work streams
- Create visibility around priorities, owners, deadlines, next actions and blockers
- Establish and improve the founders' weekly operating cadence
- Prepare agendas, information and materials for important internal meetings
- Capture decisions, commitments and action items and help track their progress
- Maintain a clear decision log and surface issues requiring founder attention
- Help develop lightweight KPI and company-progress dashboards
- Create visibility across strategic partnerships, prospective clients, investors, clinical partners, brand initiatives and vendors
- Identify bottlenecks, overdue commitments and execution risks before they become larger problems
- Improve workflows, project-management processes and internal organization
- Develop lightweight SOPs and repeatable processes where useful
- Research and structure special strategic and operational projects as company priorities evolve
The intention is to create enough structure for an ambitious early‑stage company to operate with clarity, discipline and consistent follow‑through.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone with demonstrated professional maturity and a strong interest in strategy, operations, entrepreneurship and company building.
Approximately 2–5+ years of meaningful professional experience is preferred, although we care considerably more about demonstrated operating ability than a particular title, degree or career path.
Relevant professional experience may include:
- Strategy & Operations / Biz Ops
- Startup Operations
