Market Manager, Community Partnerships

Housing Connector seeks a Market Manager, Community Partnerships to lead regional growth and deepen relationships across property owners, service providers, and community partners. In this role, you will expand our housing network, negotiate partnership agreements, and support implementation of technology-enabled solutions that unlock homes for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will analyze market data, identify gaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Ideal candidates bring nonprofit, housing, or community development experience and excel at stakeholder management, outreach, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a regional portfolio of property, nonprofit, and public sector partners to expand access to housing.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements that align with Housing Connector's mission and program goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement technology-enabled solutions and ensure smooth partner onboarding.
• Analyze local housing market data and partnership performance to identify gaps and opportunities for expansion.
• Represent Housing Connector at community meetings, events, and presentations to build visibility and trust.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine strategies, share insights, and scale effective partnership models.
• Support problem-solving for partners to address barriers to leasing and housing stability for residents.
