Reporting to the Director of Foundation Marketing Strategies/Stewardship & Communications Manager, the Stewardship and Communications Specialist is responsible for implementing the Foundation's stewardship program. This role focuses on the day-to-day stewardship and communications related to the Foundation's Giving Society donors, including development and implementation of outreach. Estimated salary range for this position is $67152.07 - $87297.69 / year depending on experience.
QualificationsDegrees:
Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years non-profit experience with preference for donor stewardship. Strategic, policy, and budget planning experience. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Able to work effectively and independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills and work as part of a team. Proficient in use of MS Office products and the Blackbaud suite. Absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
