Join our client as the Vice President of Business Operations & Strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dynamic, rapidly scaling vacation rental platform. You will lead enterprise transformation initiatives, oversee high-impact M&A integrations, and deliver measurable results that fuel our mission to build the world’s best vacation rental company.

As a key member of our executive team you will spearhead strategic initiatives across markets, brands, and functions. Your expertise will enable seamless integrations, operational improvements, and innovative solutions, all while collaborating with senior stakeholders to unlock value and accelerate growth. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5-8+ years in management consulting, strategy & transformation, or high-intensity business environments
• Proven ability to structure complex problems, influence senior stakeholders, and lead initiatives end-to-end
• Experience with M&A integration, multi-unit operations, or platform environments is advantageous
• Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities
• Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for strategic work is a plus

• Prior exposure to hospitality, travel, or private equity sectors
• Fluency in deploying innovative operating models and process improvements
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or similar qualification is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in strategy, management consulting, or operational leadership roles
• Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

• Willingness to travel approximately 25-35% to support integration and strategic initiatives
• Passion for building and scaling innovative platforms with high ownership and impact mindset
