- Participate in a dedicated onboarding and orientation session covering RBI culture, business, brands, strategic plans and RBI-specific skills
- Own a strategic project selected by senior leadership in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People or Procurement
- Contribute to high-impact, business-critical initiatives that shape guest service, revenue growth and operational optimization
- Receive coaching and feedback from the project leader
- Participate in networking through leadership lunch & learns and social events
- Present project findings, recommendations, strategy, results and business impact to the department head and Brand President
- Potentially receive a full-time professional offer upon graduation based on performance
- 1st-year student enrolled in a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) program
- Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- At least 4-7 years of prior related work experience in areas such as consulting, banking, CPG, retail or hospitality
- Prior people management experience, including at least 1 direct report or directly leading a group, team or project
- Solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem solving
- Passion for growth, ownership and the QSR industry
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership abilities
Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving skills, with a focus on leadership and communication in high-impact projects within the QSR industry. Proven ability to manage teams and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational optimization.
