To drive sustainable revenue growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investments based on consumer, market, and channel insights.
Key Accountabilities- Pricing Strategy Optimization:
Refine and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, margins, and competitiveness. - Promotion & Trade Spend Effectiveness:
Design and optimize promotions and trade investments to drive profitable growth and ROI. - Portfolio & Assortment Management:
Optimize product mix and assortment to meet consumer needs and drive value growth. - Channel & Customer Strategy:
Tailor revenue growth strategies by channel and customer to capture maximum value.

- Graduate, preferably with at least5years of experience in RGM, planning, and sales
- Proven track recordof defining and delivering commercially oriented strategies andplans
- Strong commercial experience and financial acumen
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Executive presence and ability to influence critical commercial decisions with senior stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources
- Highly independent thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
