- Verify compliance with design intent through field observations, documentation, and detailed inspection reporting
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers on high-profile projects
- Experience working on highly visible or large-scale construction projects preferred
- Solid understanding of structural systems
- Meets Florida State requirements for Special Inspector representatives
