Cost Manager

An international cost management consultancy is continuing to grow its Miami office and is looking to appoint a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a strong pipeline of corporate real estate projects.

This role offers hands-on exposure to office, workplace, and corporate portfolio projects, working closely with blue-chip clients, developers, and owner representative teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

• Deliver cost planning and estimating from feasibility through construction
• Support value engineering and cost option studies
• Track project budgets and prepare regular cost reports
• Manage and assess change orders and cost reconciliations
• Review contractor pricing, payment applications, and interim valuations
• Assist with final accounts and commercial close-out
• Support construction-phase cost control and reporting
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors in a client-facing role
• Maintain accurate cost data, benchmarks, and documentation

• Corporate office & workplace fit-out
• Mixed-use and developer-led corporate assets

• Bachelor’s degree in construction related field
• 3–4 years’ experience in a cost management / quantity surveying role
• Experience with in a consultancy, owner’s rep, or CM-for-fee environment preferred
• Solid understanding of:
• Change management
• Contractor valuations and budget control
• Strong communication skills and confidence in a client-facing environment
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
