Our client is a Florida based, well known, highly respected General Contractor that is growing annually. PositionPosition Title: Pre Construction Manager - concrete & waterproofing
LocationLocation: Miami, Florida
SalarySalary: Pre Construction Manager = $130K to $150K
Technical Skill Set RequiredMust have significant Pre Construct ion Management experience, specifically with a General Contractor / Construction company, concrete & waterproofing highly preferred.
ScopeThis General Contractor specializes in vertical construction (ground up) and restoration, mostly within concrete &
waterproofing for:
- Municipality projects (schools, governmental)
- Multi Family
- Churches
- Parking Garages
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or related field with 5+ years work experience within the construction industry. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of work experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organization development skills.
- Experience with Procore software and Microsoft Office preferred
- Document Control Experience
