Preconstruction Manager

A very well known, mid-sized, family-owned Construction Company in Miami is seeking a Pre Construction Manager for their Miami location. Our client is a Florida based, well known, highly respected General Contractor that is growing annually. Position Title: Pre Construction Manager - concrete & waterproofing

Location: Miami, Florida

Salary: Pre Construction Manager = $130K to $150K

Must have significant Pre Construct ion Management experience, specifically with a General Contractor / Construction company, concrete & waterproofing highly preferred.

This General Contractor specializes in vertical construction (ground up) and restoration, mostly within concrete &
waterproofing for:

• Municipality projects (schools, governmental)
• Multi Family
• Churches
• Parking Garages

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or related field with 5+ years work experience within the construction industry. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of work experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization development skills.
• Experience with Procore software and Microsoft Office preferred
• Document Control Experience
