Construction Foreman

City Drywall Construction, LLC is a trusted contractor in South Florida. We specialize in interior and exterior build-outs, including metal framing, drywall installation, sheathing, insulation, specialty ceilings and finishes. Our projects include restaurants, offices, residential, and retail spaces throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a lead, foreman, or crew supervisor in construction
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, scopes and construction layout
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Florida
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, and related construction techniques
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate daily tasks
• Understanding of quality control practices and project specifications

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews
• Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain project schedules and track daily jobsite progress
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety practices
• Conduct safety and toolbox meetings
• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors
• Support efficient workflow and resolve on‑site issues as needed

• 10‑hour shift (if needed)
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
