OWL Services is a leading provider to petroleum and clean energy markets, offering construction, compliance, testing, maintenance, and related services. Our Florida Plumbing and Utility Division operates from two strategic locations and is expanding. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Plumber Field Supervisor to oversee and support field operations across the state.
This role involves regular travel and overnight stays to ensure consistent quality, safety, and efficiency on all projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing and utility crews across multiple job sites
- Ensure timely project completion and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Travel statewide to project locations, including overnight stays as needed
- Collaborate with the in-house construction division to align plumbing efforts with broader project goals
- Support the service division on large-scale plumbing and utility projects
- Schedule and staff plumbing projects in coordination with general contractors
- Plan and coordinate non-construction plumbing projects with office staff, including oversight of subcontractors
- Maintain clear communication with technicians, office staff, and clients to ensure smooth execution
- Keep accurate records of schedules, job progress, and service documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety training, and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and mentorship to field staff to promote efficiency and performance
- Proven experience in plumbing or utility field supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and stay overnight as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating field teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-changing priorities
- Familiarity with safety protocols and field operations best practices
- OSHA 30 certification required
- API certification required
