Senior Project Manager - Concrete Construction

My client is a leading concrete contractor specializing in high‑rise commercial projects. We are committed to delivering exceptional concrete solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and identify potential risks and challenges.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Procure and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and management.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee quality control procedures and ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in commercial concrete or general construction project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6).
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
