ABOUTTHE ROLE
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and identify potential risks and challenges.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Procure and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and management.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee quality control procedures and ensure projects meet or exceed industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in commercial concrete or general construction project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and schedule.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
