Superintendent, Construction

This is a full-time on-site Superintendent role located in Miami, FL. The Superintendent will oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing daily on-site operations, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and addressing project challenges as they arise. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, aligning with the overall goals of Cmvc Power Unlimited Corp.

• Project management and organizational skills to oversee construction schedules and resources
• Leadership and team management experience to supervise contractors and on-site personnel
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry
• Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Experience in construction practices, materials, and tools
• Proficiency in construction project management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
