• Lead preconstruction and estimating on projects from $1M–$100M
• Produce conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and bid packages
• Perform takeoffs, scope reviews, and CSI trade coverage checks
• Run subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and apples-to-apples comparisons
• Identify scope gaps and pricing risk across architectural, structural, civil, and MEP
• Maintain cost history and estimating standards for scalability
• Deliver complete estimate handoff to operations / project teams

• 5+ years GC estimating (commercial / multifamily preferred)
• Experience with multi-million-dollar project pricing
• Advanced Excel;
  Bluebeam / OST / Plan Swift / Procore a plus
• Can run preconstruction workflow independently

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with Bluebeam/OST/Plan Swift/Procore or similar tools.
• Experience with ground-up commercial / multifamily and complex renovation projects.
