Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

🏗️ We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive successful construction project execution from pre-construction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, budget control, schedule adherence, and strong client and subcontractor relationships.

• Attend turnover meetings and review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Establish and maintain detailed project schedules
• Conduct routine job site inspections
• Monitor budgets, schedule of values, allowances, and exclusions
• Oversee profitable project execution while maintaining strong client relationships
• Manage owner billings and subcontractor pay applications
• Review and code invoices for payment
• Complete subcontractor and vendor buy-out within established timelines
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor change orders
• Prepare and submit owner change orders with supporting documentation

• Maintain RFI logs, submittal logs, and change order logs (Procore)
• Review daily field reports and construction documents
• Maintain accurate project files and archive upon closeout
• Manage punch list and oversee project closeout documentation
• Ensure timely communication with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of contract administration and building systems
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Procore
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Combination of office and active job site environments
• Moderate noise in office; louder conditions on job sites
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform site walkthrough activities
