Miami, FL | In-Office | Minimal Travel
Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 BOE

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support large-scale projects throughout Florida and the Caribbean. This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling and project controls experience within commercial, hospitality, high-rise condo, infrastructure, or large residential construction environments.

This is an on-site opportunity based in Miami, FL with minimal travel required.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and CPM schedules
Monitor project progress and update schedules based on field activity
Perform critical path analysis and develop recovery schedules when delays occur
Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for scope changes and delays
Coordinate with project managers, estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and look-ahead schedules
Support risk mitigation planning and what-if scenario analysis
Assist with site logistics planning and construction means & methods
Participate in owner meetings and provide scheduling updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

3–7+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls
Construction industry experience required — large-scale condo, hotel, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred
Oil & Gas scheduling experience alone will not be considered
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Advanced experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling

Experience with construction sequencing, productivity analysis, and scheduling logic
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power BI, and Bluebeam
Familiarity with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Synchro 4D, or cm Builder is a plus
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Excellent communication and organizational skills
