Job Description

* Supervise daily site operations on luxury residential projects

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries

* Ensure work meets drawings, specs, and quality standards

* Enforce site safety and local code compliance

* Report progress and issues to the project leadership team

The Successful Applicant

* 3-5 years of residential construction supervision experience

* Strong background in luxury interior renovations

* Prior Miami market experience required

* Ability to manage multiple trades on active sites
