A privately held general contractor specializing in multifamily and commercial construction throughout South Florida. The firm is experiencing steady growth and is known for collaborative leadership and hands-on project delivery.

Job Description

• Oversee on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and site safety
• Coordinate daily work plans to meet schedule and budget milestones
• Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and executive leadership

The Successful Applicant

• Proven superintendent experience on multifamily or mid-rise projects
• Background delivering ground-up projects in the $20M-$50M range
• Familiarity with Miami / South Florida construction environment preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
