We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee real estate development and construction projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple construction and development projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction development/project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, permitting, and entitlements.
- Excellent leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools.
