Our client, a prestigious high-end residential construction company based in Miami is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations for private single-family residential projects. Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Leadership:
  Take charge of daily on-site activities, ensuring operations run efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive workplace.
• Project Management:
  Oversee various phases of high-end residential construction, ensuring that all tasks adhere to established timelines and meet the company's rigorous quality and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance:
  Implement and continuously monitor quality control measures throughout the construction process. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work is executed to the highest standards, maintaining the expectations of luxury homebuilding.
• Collaboration:
  
  Effectively coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution. This includes overseeing schedules, resource planning, and promptly addressing any challenges that arise.
• Safety Compliance:
  Uphold stringent safety practices on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide safety training as needed and ensure all workers follow safety protocols diligently.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and submit detailed progress reports that document all project phases, including any incidents and the corrective measures taken.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in high-end residential construction, particularly with private single-family projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards specific to luxury residential projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
