• Oversee and manage the Construction Administration process for multiple premier ground-up private destination development projects.
• MUST HAVE Experience with large-scale hospitality, resort, mixed-use, marine, entertainment, or campus-style developments highly preferred.
• It will serve as the primary in-office management position responsible for administering the Construction Administration workflow between Product Development Team, Design Consultants, Internal Stakeholders, Construction Management Teams, and Design-Build Contractors
• responsible for protecting the design intent, enforcing project standards, managing documentation workflows, facilitating technical coordination, maintaining accountability throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring all project communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Construction Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Owner's Representative roles.
• Strong experience managing RFIs, submittals, consultant coordination, and construction documentation workflows.
