Electrical Estimator

G&E Partners is partnered with a leading electrical sub-contractor in Florida that is actively expanding their project teams due to a strong and long-term project backlog. They are delivering some of the most high-profile projects in South Florida and are looking to bring on Electrical Estimators to help carry out these projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to complex construction projects while working directly with experienced Chief Estimators.

• At least 1 years’ experience supporting electrical construction projects, ideally with an electrical subcontractor.
• Local to the Miami / South Florida market, or open to relocating.
• Experience preparing take-offs, pricing labor and materials, reviewing bid documents, and supporting competitive tender submissions.
• Exposure to commercial, government, educational, hospitality, residential, industrial, or mission critical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, one-lines, panel schedules, and project scopes.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, Con Est, McCormick, or similar platforms.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure accurate bid coverage.

• You will be joining a reputable electrical subcontractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across Miami and the wider South Florida market.
• The business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex electrical packages on high-profile projects, giving you the chance to work alongside experienced Chief Estimators who can accelerate your development.
• In this role, you will support the full preconstruction and estimating process, including reviewing bid documents, completing take-offs, pricing labor and materials, coordinating vendor quotations, and assisting with competitive bid submissions across a range of complex electrical projects.
