This role is a key member of our leadership team and requires in‑office presence Monday–Friday, with regular field engagement.

The Construction Project Executive will oversee a portfolio of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards. This leader will mentor project teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive operational consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep construction expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead teams with clarity, confidence, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary executive point of contact
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost controls, and risk management
- Review and approve major project decisions, contracts, buyouts, and change orders
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and company processes
