Estimator

Paul Davis is looking for an Estimator to prepare restoration-related estimates using available job documentation, scopes, notes, measurements, and supporting information. The Estimator may work on emergency mitigation services, mold remediation, reconstruction, property improvement, contents, and other residential or commercial restoration projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for mitigation, mold, reconstruction, contents, and property improvement projects
• Review job documentation, scopes, measurements, and supporting information
• Use estimating software to build detailed estimates
• Assist with estimate revisions, supplements, and change orders when needed
• Communicate estimate details with internal team members, project managers, coordinators, and adjusters as needed
• Maintain organized estimate records in company systems
• Support job profitability, compliance, and service-level requirements

Qualifications

• Estimating experience preferred
• Xactimate experience preferred
• Xactimate Level 1 certification preferred
• Good attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to use technology, estimating software, and job management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills

Limited experience may be considered if the candidate is willing to learn and train. Skills Desired

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
