Qualifications, Knowledge &

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a similar related field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in construction administration, preferably with ground-up developments.
• Proven experience with high-end or destination development projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Plan Grid, Autodesk Build or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
