Project Manager Luxury Retail Construction

Remote/ Travel opportunity Must have luxury retail experience in Miami, FL Client Details This general contractors works throughout the US on high end retail store tenant improvements/ interior buildouts. They have a valued list of repeat clients and are currently building throughout the state of Florida. They are offering a strong compensation package for an APM/ PM candidate that can work responsibly in a remote & traveling position.

Description Provide project management assistance through completion of projects on time and under budget. Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential. Help create, review, negotiate, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for information Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.

Develop a thorough understanding of the details of the project Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions Profile 2-5 year of construction experience Must have Luxury Retail construction experience, preferably local to Miami-Fort Lauderdale. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field recommended Team player with a positive and driven attitude Has interest to estimate change orders, pay apps, etc.
