Job Summary
A leading capital program management and advisory firm is seeking a Project Scheduler / Senior Scheduler to support a major onsite aviation construction project in Miami, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced construction scheduling professional with strong Primavera P6 expertise and a background in complex, multi-phase construction programs. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-visibility airport construction program within a collaborative project controls environment.

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project and program schedules using Primavera P6.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule variance reporting, trend analysis, and schedule impact assessments.
- Review contractor baseline schedules, schedule updates, and time impact analyses for accuracy and compliance.
- Support cost loading, resource loading, cash flow forecasting, and project controls reporting.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to support schedule updates, phasing, and construction sequencing.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities for improved project performance across large construction programs.
- Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000+ per year, depending on experience.
- Mid-level compensation range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Senior-level compensation: up to $150,000+ per year.
