Superintendent - Luxury Residential - Miami

The Superintendent - Luxury Residential will oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and maintain project standards. Client Details Client has been a leader in residential development for decades in the South Florida market. Description Project Leadership Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through final turnover.

Manage project schedules, milestones, and daily field operations. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution. Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to maintain project progress. Quality & Craftsmanship Ensure all work meets luxury residential construction standards and project specifications. Conduct routine quality inspections and manage punch list completion. Oversee the installation of high-end finishes, millwork, stone, and custom architectural details.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all phases of construction. Client & Team Coordination Serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants. Lead jobsite meetings and provide regular project updates. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve field conditions and design challenges. Deliver a first-class client experience throughout the construction process. Safety, Compliance & Administration Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant jobsite.

Ensure adherence to building codes, permit requirements, and OSHA regulations. Coordinate inspections and approvals with local authorities. Track project documentation, schedules, and change orders while supporting budget objectives. Profile 10 + years of High-End Construction Experience Ultra Luxury Estate Home Construction - $10M - $30M Must have layout experience Strong experience with Project Management Software:
Pro Core, Builder Trend or similar software OSHA-30 Certification preferred Strong ability to read drawings and specifications Expertise with Level 5 Finishes and 0 punch Strong attention to detail and client care.
