Senior Project Manager with experience building ground up, high rises. General Contractor Miami, FL Client Details General Contractor in Miami, FL building throughout Florida and has a strong pipeline of work in all sectors of construction. They work in both the residential and commercial sectors with their work consisting of Multimfaily, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Retail/ Mixed Use, etc. They are seeking a Senior level Project Manager and compensating well for someone with the right experience.

Description Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high rise construction. Manage project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects. Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Provide leadership in problem-solving and risk management. Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and safety.

Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in high rise construction project management. Proven experience with construction regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
