Superintendent
- Commercial Ground Up ($150K) Miami, FL Full-Time On-Site

$130,000 - $150,000 /yr

We are a commercial general contractor that does ground up construction projects in the commercial and multifamily. We are about 90 employees so far and have offices throughout Florida. We offer full benefits (fully paid base plan for employee). We have a couple of projects set to break ground by middle of 2025 and more projects on the books into 2026.

• 4-10+ years of construction experience
• Experience with commercial is a must
• Experience using Pro Core software major plus
• 5+ years of commercial project management
• Medical, education, government experience major plus
• Required software experience
  - Primavera, Bluebeam, MS Projects, Procore, or similar
• Preferred software experience
  - Sage 300 CRE/Timberline and/or Sage Intacct, AutoCAD, or similar
