Project Manager. Custom Residential Construction

Amarilla builds exceptional custom homes in South Florida. These are not standard projects. They are detailed, complex, and technically demanding homes that require discipline, organization, precision, and people who care deeply about the work.

We combine traditional construction discipline with advanced tools, including BIM and Digital Twin workflows, to deliver homes finished to an uncompromising standard.

We are looking for a Project Manager to own field execution and drive the construction process on site every day.

You will be Amarilla’s presence on site. You will coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, inspections, materials, logistics, and field activity through the critical phases of construction.

You will work closely with Project Partners and BIM/Digital Twin engineers to keep the work on scope, on schedule, and on budget, while holding every trade accountable to Amarilla’s standard.

This role is for someone disciplined, practical, detail-obsessed, and comfortable carrying real responsibility on site.

• Run daily site operations and coordinate contractors and subcontractors across construction phases
• Drive the field execution process, making sure work is planned, sequenced, verified, and completed correctly
• Monitor schedule and budget, identifying risks early and escalating issues before they grow
• Inspect and verify subcontractor work for quality, completeness, and timeliness
• Prepare and submit payment requests for approval
• Communicate scope deviations, field conflicts, and contractual issues to the Project Partner
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and OSHA requirements
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation
• Manage materials, equipment, and logistics so the right resources arrive at the right time
• Uphold Amarilla’s 5S site standard and hold every subcontractor accountable for a clean, organized job site

• Degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on construction experience
• Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Proven discipline, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong ownership mindset and commitment to high execution standards
• Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate multiple teams on site

• Experience in complex custom residential construction
• Experience with BIM or Digital Twin workflows
• Confidence managing demanding schedules, field pressure, and multiple trades
• Ability to maintain urgency and composure in a fast‑moving environment
• Spanish is a plus
