Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to brand standards. Client & Team Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and contractors. Facilitate communication and project updates across all stakeholders. Construction Oversight Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site activities. Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track. Budget & Schedule Management Track project costs, forecasts, schedules, and change orders.
Identify risks and implement solutions to prevent delays. Quality & Compliance Ensure all work meets luxury retail design standards, safety requirements, and building codes. Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Profile Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture Experience 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor Exposure to projects such as retail, commercial construction preferred Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Experience working in the South Florida / Miami construction market Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80000 to $110000 USD annually.
