We are seeking a Construction Supervisor who understands the level of precision, communication, and accountability required in luxury custom residential construction.
Role DescriptionBalli Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Supervisor to oversee the execution of high-end custom residential projects in Miami, FL from start to completion.
This role requires a hands‑on field leader who can manage daily construction operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, maintain project schedules, uphold quality standards, and ensure that each home is built according to Balli Group’s standards of craftsmanship and execution.
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for driving progress on‑site, anticipating issues before they become delays, enforcing safety protocols, communicating clearly with the project team, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with approved plans, specifications, and selections. This is a key field leadership position for someone who understands the demands of custom home construction and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on luxury residential job sites.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delays.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, approved selections, and design intent.
- Enforce quality control standards across all trades.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, consultants, ownership, and clients as needed.
- Track field progress, document site conditions, and communicate updates clearly.
- Review work in place for accuracy, workmanship, and alignment with project requirements.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, change orders, and project documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times.
- Support inspections, punch lists, closeout, and final delivery of the home.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in luxury custom residential construction.
- Strong experience in construction site management and field supervision.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum.
- Experience with large‑scale custom homes, preferably 5,000 SF+.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, detailing, and quality control.
- Knowledge of local building codes, inspections, and permitting requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design plans.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and make decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable managing high expectations from clients, designers, architects, consultants, and ownership.
- Experience with construction management software such as Buildertrend, Procore, or similar platforms.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- General Contractor license is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required with strong field experience.
