This role consistently runs 10–12 hour shifts and 40+ hour weeks. All hours over 40 are paid at 1.5× your base rate — meaning experienced supervisors regularly take home well above their base pay. The work is there; you get paid for every hour of it.

MB Drilling Foundations is a growing specialty contractor focused on deep foundation systems across Florida. We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor who takes ownership of job-site safety, crew performance, and project execution — from mobilization to completion. You ll work directly with project managers and crews to keep multiple jobs on schedule and on budget. Per diem and lodging are fully covered for all travel.

• Enforce job-site safety — lead daily safety briefings, ensure all crews and subcontractors comply with OSHA standards and company protocols
• Supervise in-house crews and subcontractors — manage field teams across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring quality workmanship and production targets are met
• Track and report project progress — maintain daily logs, communicate with project managers, and flag issues before they affect schedules or costs
• Oversee deep foundation installations — manage drilled shafts, auger cast piles, driven piles, or similar specialty work from setup through completion

• Valid Florida driver s license
• Bilingual:
  English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Ability to work 10–12 hr shifts, including weekends when needed
• Comfortable with statewide travel (per diem + lodging provided)
• Physically able to work outdoors in Florida conditions daily
• Deep foundation field experience (drilled shafts, auger cast, driven piles)
• OSHA 30 certification

• Base pay: $25–$30/hr based on experience
• Overtime at 1.5× pay — regularly available, all hours over 40 compensated
