About the OpportunityTalentoHC is partnering with a leading organization seeking a Project Manager, Infrastructure Projects to join its growing team.
This role is responsible for coordinating the execution of large-scale capital and infrastructure projects from planning through operational handoff. The Project Manager will ensure project timelines, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder communications remain organized and on track while supporting multiple concurrent initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or real estate development and thrives in fast-paced environments requiring collaboration across diverse internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day coordination and execution of infrastructure and capital projects from initiation through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, risk registers, action logs, decision logs, and other key project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines while proactively identifying risks and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including development, construction, operations, finance, procurement, legal, and commercial stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for consultants, contractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other external partners.
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, project status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting summaries.
- Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and ensure action items are completed on schedule.
- Support contract administration, consultant management, procurement activities, invoice tracking, and change management documentation.
- Coordinate permitting activities, design reviews, construction documentation, regulatory submissions, and project approvals.
- Assist with operational readiness, including project turnover documentation, warranties, asset records, training materials, and final closeout packages.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and audit‑ready project files throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, communication, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing construction, infrastructure, engineering, capital improvement, or real estate development projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, design coordination, and construction documentation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using project scheduling and construction management software.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Experience supporting executive leadership, steering committees, or board-level reporting is preferred.
- Experience with in maritime, transportation, aviation, ports, commercial development, or other large-scale infrastructure environments is a plus.
