Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent manages daily field operations on commercial, hospitality, and industrial construction sites. Serving as the primary on-site link between workers, subcontractors, and project managers, this role coordinates trade partners, enforces safety standards, and keeps projects on schedule and within budget from groundbreaking through closeout.

• Manage daily on-site construction activities and workflow, adapting to the demands of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to keep work progressing on time.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe, compliant job site at all times.
• Inspect work quality to ensure it matches design plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
• Maintain daily written logs documenting site events, progress, and issues.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with trade partners and crews to align on schedule and priorities.
• Coordinate official inspections with local municipal offices and ensure timely resolution of any findings.

• Strong leadership, team motivation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes across multiple project types.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Proven renovation experience in restaurant, hospitality, and retail environments.
• Prior experience as a foreman, assistant superintendent, or crew leader.
