IAPMO is seeking a detail-oriented Preconstruction / Project Engineer for an in-person role in Miami, FL. You will lead preconstruction from development to turnover, develop budgets, perform takeoffs, and manage procurement with high-end residential projects.
Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of experience in luxury residential construction, strong reading of drawings, and excellent organizational skills. On-site work in Miami with a competitive salary and incentives is offered.
