Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up high-rise construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial high-rise developments while overseeing project budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of high-rise construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project execution.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review and manage change orders, pay applications, and project reporting.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- 5+ years managing ground-up high-rise construction projects.
- Experience overseeing projects valued at $50M+.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
