Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up high-rise construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial high-rise developments while overseeing project budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of high-rise construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and project execution.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Review and manage change orders, pay applications, and project reporting.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • 5+ years managing ground-up high-rise construction projects.
  • Experience overseeing projects valued at $50M+.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
